Place your card
Put an NFC card somewhere customers can see it, such as your counter or reception desk.
NFC review cards for small businesses
ProtoxTap cards use NFC and a hosted redirect to take customers to your chosen review page. No app is needed; compatible NFC-enabled devices can tap to open the link.
Customers decide for themselves whether to leave a review.
01 / How it works
Hosted redirection means the card points to a ProtoxTap link that can send a compatible device on to the review destination configured for your card.
Put an NFC card somewhere customers can see it, such as your counter or reception desk.
A customer with a compatible NFC-enabled device taps the card. Device behaviour can vary.
The hosted redirect opens your configured review page. Leaving a review is always the customer's choice.
A simple illustration
This is a demonstration of the steps only—not a live tap, Google interface or customer review.
02 / Made to be straightforward
Keep the next step easy to find without making promises about what customers will choose to do.
Hosted redirection connects each active card to its configured destination.
The system records card tap events to operate the service. It does not include a customer analytics dashboard.
Invite customers neutrally. Reviews should be voluntary and reflect genuine experiences.
03 / ProtoxTap plans
All plans are monthly rolling subscriptions. The card allowance is per subscription for one physical business, not automatically per location.
